Set in modern day Italy, follow two of Shakespeare’s most beloved characters, Beatrice and Benedick, amazingly witty people who hate each other with an intense (and much expressed) loathing. See what happens to these two sworn enemies as their friends conspire to make them fall head-over-heels in love!
At this same time, young Claudio and Hero have fallen in love, but through the conspiring of the evil Don John all may be lost and one of them may die. Throw in a police force that couldn’t find themselves on a clear sunny day with a flashlight and you have a heady mix of slapstick physical comedy, verbal wit (COULD USE “zingers”) and riveting action!
